Enrico opened a workshop in Florence.
In 1979, Enrico Voro rented a small ground-floor space on Via dei Servi, five minutes from the Duomo. He fitted a workbench under the front window and started repairing wristwatches.
For nearly forty years he worked the same trade. He restored family heirlooms, adjusted Miyota calibers, replaced sapphire crystals, fitted new bracelets. He knew what a proper case felt like in the hand — and what a €20 movement really looked like from the inside.
In 2018, at seventy, he closed the shop.
His sons watched. And decided differently.
Marco and Alessandro grew up in that workshop — doing homework at the workbench, learning to spot a bad crown by the way it turned, watching their father hand over finished pieces to boutiques that would triple the price before it reached a customer's wrist.
In 2019, the year after Enrico closed his shop, they opened Voro with a different plan: source honest European timepieces from the same suppliers that stock the boutiques — and sell them direct, without the four-hundred-percent markup in between.

Voro doesn't manufacture. We curate. Every watch in the collection is chosen for the same standard Enrico taught his sons: 316L stainless steel, sapphire-coated crystal, Miyota movement, water resistance to 5 ATM.
