SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Across Europe

We ship to all European Union and European Economic Area countries. Our products are sent directly from our international partner logistics centers to your address, ensuring maximum efficiency and speed of delivery.

Shipping is free on all orders delivered to Europe.

Order Processing

Your order is prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. We are committed to processing every order as quickly as possible, working with the best logistics partners to ensure maximum efficiency with every delivery.

Orders placed on Fridays after 2:00 PM, on Saturdays, or on Sundays will be processed starting the following Monday.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

What If My Package Is Delayed?

As this is an international shipment, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and any customs checks. If your package has not arrived after the estimated timeframe:

• Check the shipment status using the tracking link received by email
• Check whether a delivery notice was left or if the package is awaiting pickup at a local collection point
• Contact us at info@vorowatch.com with your order number — our team will check the shipment status with the carrier

Damaged or Lost Package

If your package arrives damaged, take photos and contact us immediately at info@vorowatch.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your package is confirmed lost after the maximum delivery timeframe, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and find the best solution for you.

Delivery Address

Please carefully verify your delivery address before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For shipments within the European Union, no additional customs duties are normally applicable. In rare cases, local customs authorities may request additional checks, which could cause brief delays. Voro Watch is not responsible for any unexpected customs costs.
