GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 — Seller Identification
The website vorowatch.com is operated by NAOMI SOLUTIONS LLC, a company incorporated under US law, with registered office at 1109 Oak Park Dr, STE 100, Fort Collins, CO 80521, United States.
Products sold on vorowatch.com are shipped internationally from our partner logistics centers directly to the customer's address in Europe.
Article 2 — Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded on vorowatch.com between Voro Watch and any consumer (hereinafter "the Customer") making an online purchase.
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
These GTC are intended for consumers residing in the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA).
Article 3 — Products
Products for sale are described as accurately as possible (photos, composition, dimensions). Photos are not contractually binding and may show slight color variations depending on screen settings.
Voro Watch reserves the right to modify its product catalog at any time.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Shipping costs are shown separately at the time of ordering.

Article 5 — Order and Payment
The order is confirmed upon payment verification. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
All transactions are SSL-encrypted and securely processed through Shopify Payments.
Article 6 — Availability
Our offers are valid while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund within 5 business days.
Article 7 — Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped internationally from our partner logistics centers directly to your address in Europe. We are committed to selecting the best logistics partners to ensure maximum efficiency with every delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
- International transit: average 9 days (6 to 12 business days)
- Estimated total delivery time: 7 to 15 business days (processing + transit)
Every order includes a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email as soon as the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
The times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on destination, order volume, and customs clearance. Voro Watch cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any reason.

Article 9 — Legal Guarantees
In accordance with European Directive 2019/771 on the sale of goods to consumers, all our products benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery.
If a conformity defect is identified within this period, you may request repair, replacement, or refund of the product, in accordance with applicable European regulations.
This guarantee applies to all customers residing in the European Union, regardless of their country of residence.
Article 10 — Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 12 — Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first at info@vorowatch.com to find an amicable solution.
If no amicable resolution is reached, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
These GTC are governed by European Union consumer protection law. In the event of a dispute, the legislation of the consumer's country of residence shall apply, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 593/2008 (Rome I).
Article 13 — Amendments to the GTC
Voro Watch reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force at the time of the order.
