RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal — 30 Days
In accordance with European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any reason.

How to Return an Item?

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order: info@vorowatch.com — include your order number and the item you wish to return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation — we will reply within 48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Send the item back in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached), in protective packaging.
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Return Conditions

The item must be returned in the following condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original tags still attached
  • In original or equivalent protective packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Initial shipping costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items without tags or that have been worn
  • Items purchased during promotional sales (if applicable)

Defective Product or Order Error

If you received a defective item or we made an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or a replacement product, at your choice. Contact us at info@vorowatch.com with a photo of the issue.
